DAMGA GAZETESİ — The joint menu of Sinem Özler and Asma Khan at Seraf brought Anatolian and Indian cuisines together around women’s labour and strong culinary stories. The nine-course menu served to some 150 guests placed the two chefs’ approach to traditional cooking on the same table.
