How to Make
1-First, in a rice pot, melt the butter and vegetable oil.
2-Add the onions chopped for frying and sauté until caramelized.
3-Add the cubed meat to the pot and sauté until it absorbs its juice. If you wish, you can also boil the meat beforehand at this stage.
4-After the meat has absorbed its juice and sautéed, add the grated carrots and mix.
5-Once the carrots are soft, add the rice and sauté for another 3 minutes.
6-After adding water, salt, cumin, and black pepper, mix everything together.
7-Place two cloves of garlic on top of the rice and lightly press down.
8-Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes on high heat until boiling, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
9-Then, place a paper towel on top and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tea glass of vegetable oil
2 onions, sliced for salads
5 medium carrots grated
400 grams of cubed lamb meat
3 cups of rice
4.5-5 cups of hot water
2 heads of garlic
Salt, cumin, black pepper
