Pomegranate Stew

How to Make
In a pot, sauté the pearl onions and garlic in olive oil. Once the onions are lightly sautéed, add the tomato paste. Then, add the boiled chickpeas, pomegranate juice, and the small meatballs you previously rolled and boiled. Finally, add the squeezed pomegranate juice and let it cook for a while. When serving, don’t forget to top it with chopped parsley and pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients
1 kg Lean Lamb or Beef Mince
200 gr Fine Bulgur
Salt
Black Pepper
Pomegranate Molasses
1 Cup Pomegranate Juice
1 Cup Pearl Onions
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Cup Boiled Chickpeas
For garnish; Parsley, Pomegranate Seeds.
