Seraf “İçli Köfte”

Delicately prepared from lamb ribs, leg, and brisket chopped with cleaver, filled in a thinly rolled out bulgur dough and boiled. Served atop our homemade strained yogurt and garnished with a red pepper sauce.

(Price is per person; served for a minimum of 2 people) Rack of lamb stuffed with aromatic rice with almonds, steam-cooked for 4 hours and roasted in our wood-fired brick oven for a crispy texture. Served with a side of firik and bulgur pilaf with vermicelli.
