Ingredients
- 4-5 Artichokes
- 1 Bunch of Green Onions
- 1 Bunch of Dill
- Half Bunch of Fresh Mint
- 8-10 Sprigs of Parsley
- 60 g Rice
- 1 Orange
- 2 Lemons
- Half Green Apple
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Fresh Thyme
- 100 g Olive Oil
- 1 Bunch of Chard
- Squeeze the juice of the orange and lemons and set aside. Finely chop all remaining greens and the apple.
- Wash the rice thoroughly and add it to the greens. Add the spices and olive oil to the squeezed orange and lemon juices, mix well.
- Wash and chop the chard and spread it at the bottom of the tray where the stuffed artichokes will be placed. Stuff the artichokes and place them in the tray.
- Drizzle some oil on top. Add a little lemon juice. Cover the tray with foil and first bring it to a boil on the stove, then transfer it to the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Serve cold after taking out of the oven.
