BİZİM TV — The meeting of Asma Khan and Sinem Özler in Seraf’s kitchen brought the traditional cooking of two different geographies together around women’s labour, local production and culinary activism. A team of nearly 40 people stood behind the nine-course menu served to some 150 guests.
