How to Make
We clean the livers from their membranes.
Let’s finely chop the lamb livers we have cleaned from their membranes into small cubes.
We mix the chopped village pepper and red bell pepper with the cubed livers.
Add the spices (cumin, chili flakes) and salt.
Cut our lamb caul fat to the size we desire.
Fill it generously with the filling. You can place the caul in a bowl and fill it with the ingredients.
After filling it, wrap it tightly.
You can cook it on the grill if you prefer or bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius until it’s browned.
